TCH offers a fluid analysis service that tells you in an easy to understand way what type and size particles are suspended in your hydraulic fluid and can help determine the source of problem. We also have a portable fluid filtering unit that you can lease to clean fluid that is new or in use. Filters are also available to remove water as well as particulates.
Hose Survey
Have a professional from TCH come to your facility and do an analysis and documentation of your hose applications. We will document the specifications for each hose, its application, and condition. We can then help record your hose inventory, replace worn hoses, and also lend advice for better and safer applications.
